Germán Brun

Born in South America and raised in Miami, the host of Made Men had a middle-class upbringing.  Hailing from a family of nomads and fluent in three languages, he travelled extensively throughout the world, including two full years in Europe.  Educated as an Architect, he owns two small businesses in the field of design and construction.  

During his free time, he paints abstract art, reviews local restaurants, and enjoys wine tasting.  But no matter how busy, Germán always finds time to lead an active lifestyle.  Having competed in waterpolo and swimming during his early adulthood, he now stays fit by going to the gym, playing soccer, and swimming in open waters.  

By most metrics, Germán was a successful man at age 49.  However, after 14 years of marriage and 2 children, he reassessed his life and decided to start over again.  He renewed his mind, body, and spirit, following a period of intense inner reflection and personal growth.  Germán now continues on his journey of self-improvement which includes the lessons learned from each and every interview on his youtube channel and podcast, Made Men.
